  • 100% of your appointment is spent one-on-one with Dr. Lytle-Vieira
  • Dr. Lytle-Vieira spends 1 1/2 - 2 hours with new patients. The first visit will entail a complete medical history, standard physical exam, and osteopathic diagnosis and treatment. Follow-up visits last 30-45 minutes
  • Only one patient is scheduled at a time, so that Dr. Lytle-Vieira can focus solely on your concerns, questions, and treatment
  • Your phone calls will be returned personally by Dr. Lytle-Vieira

About Dr. Lytle-Vieira:
Dr. Saskia Lytle-Vieira, D.O., is a fully licensed board certified physician specializing in osteopathic manual treatment, including cranial osteopathy. Dr. Lytle-Vieira is board certified in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine/Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine.  Dr. Lytle-Vieira is one of approximately four hundred physicians board certified in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine/Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine.

Dr. Lytle-Vieira is a graduate of Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo, California. After graduation from medical school, she completed a traditional internship, followed by a residency in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine/Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine in the metro New York City area. During her residency, Dr. Lytle-Vieira received extensive training in cranial osteopathy and osteopathic philosophy and principles. She also treated many patients in the hospital and outpatient clinics, including pregnant women, newborn babies, children, critically ill (intensive care unit) patients, post-surgical patients, chronic pain patients, and adults with acute and chronic illnesses. 

Dr. Saskia Lytle-Vieira with Dr. Andrew WeilDr. Lytle-Vieira approaches medical treatment from a holistic, natural, hands-on focus whenever possible. Dr. Lytle-Vieira has received continuing medical education in nutrition and health through the Program in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona, directed by Dr. Andrew Weil, a nationally recognized pioneer in the field of Integrative Medicine.

Dr. Lytle-Vieira has a special interest in mind/body medicine, holistic medicine, nutrition, and yoga.  She has a deep personal commitment to being a model for self-care and health for her patients, and is passionate about the work she does.
